I recently bought a new HP laptop with Windows 11 and tried to setup my HP Envy 5422 AIO printer. However once setup, Windows displayed "Attention Required". I've tried everything, but I can't get the printer to print any jobs.
I've tried (re-)installing the drivers, resetting the router, resetting the printer to factory defaults, restarting the printer spooler and so on. Since the attemped setup on my new laptop even my old laptop with Windows 10 started displaying the same error message.
I've tried HP Smart and other HP diagnostic tools. Printing diagnostic reports etc. works perfectly fine, scanning from the laptop works fine, but as soon as I try to print something from Word or Notepad I get the message: "User intervention required". I'm not sure what to do anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.
