I have re-stalled printer on numerous occasions but cannot print from laptop, returns error. HP Smart returns 'Print queue Issue not fixed'
I can however print from my tablet
I have a HP ENVY 5010 printer, I have re-installed HP Smart and printer, but printer keeps returning error message, and HP Smart returns Print Queue not fixed. My laptop is operating on windows 10.
I can print from my tablet which uses the HP app.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
