Heelo everbody, I need help, as I'm stuck with my HP Laser Jet M140 printer, There's a flashing exclamation point that take me back to the "verify Account" message. My HP account is correct ( checked in setting). Is there anyone who solved the problem? Thanks in advance

If you're experiencing issues with your HP LaserJet M140 printer and it's repeatedly asking you to verify your account, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the problem.

 

  • Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device. A stable and active internet connection is essential for verifying your HP account.
  • Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Re-enter HP Account Information: Go to the printer's settings menu and check your HP account information. Make sure the email and password are correctly entered.
  • Clear Existing HP Account Information: If your printer is still not accepting your account details, try removing your HP account information from the printer settings, then re-enter it.
  • Factory Reset: If the problem persists, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will erase all printer settings, so make sure to note them down before proceeding.
