MY HP OFFICEJET ALL IN ONE 9018 BLACK INK IS EMPTY. I HAVE TRIED 3 BRNAD NEW DIFFERENT NEW CARTRIDGES (NOT REFILLED ONES). IT JUST KEEPS SAYING THAT THE INK CARTRIDGE IS DEPLETED AND NEEDS REPLACED. I HAVE TURNED THE PRINTER ON AND OFF, UNPLUGED AND LET IT SIT.... STILL GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE. ANY IDEAS? (OH, AND I HAVE A MAC USING MAC OS 10.14 MOJAVE OPERATING SYSTEM)
