Hello,

 

My printer is not reacting to anything. Only when I plug it off and plug in again - it says System Initialising and then immediately says on the control panel: "Wait Image". My computer does not see my printer anymore. I have tried to follow the Virtual Assistant recommendations, but it does not help. How can I reset my printer if the buttons are not reacting? 

 

Please help, thank you.
