Transferred Microsoft word documents to new laptop. When trying to print the documents come up in Writer? To be able to print they want me to purchase WPS Premium! I have installed Microsoft Office 365 so any new documents seem okay but not the transferred word.

This is a Windows 10 issue. Try the following: right click on one of the files you are having trouble with, select Open With, Chose another app, when the list opens select Office 365, click the "Always use this app to open .doc (or whatever the suffix is) files", OK.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
