Product: HP 8620 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I couldn't get my 8620 to work so eventually the troubleshooting software told me to uninstall and reinstall.  When I went to 123.hp.com to get the download it appeared that the downloads for the 8610/8620/8630 were combined.  There were two choices the search -- the combined and the 8620 only.  Both choices download the same software which is named 8610.   I tried 3 times and could not get it to find my printer.  I don't know what prompted me to, but I check my Downloads folder (which, fortunately, I rarely clear) and found an 8620 download from a reinstall in November, 2019.  (I've had to reinstall about 5 times since getting the printer... can't say as I have much confidence in HP software, although the hardware is great).  My old download worked fine.  I don't know where you'll find a useful 8620 download, but it won't be on the HP site).  Good luck, 8620 users.
