Hi Guys
Can ANYONE help with this one please.
I am trying to speak to someone at HP regarding Warranty Replacement.
The Case Number is: [edit]
HP Agreed to replace my HP Envy Photo 6234 which has now arrived.
After waiting a couple of days to open the box (COVID-19) I found a HP ENVY Photo 6232 (Older model)
I need a 6234 not a 6232.
Any ideas?

Hi @AnthonyGD.
This is not correct, both are the same printer, as part of the Envy Photo 6230 Series, this is not an older model, but only a different marketing option (e.g. manufactured for replacement, a different color. etc._
The printer is the same printer, share the exact same specifications and hardware.

You can open another warranty claim like you did the first time for your 6234 and state your old case number.
Those two printer models are the same, the difference between those two is in colour, not age.
