I have an HP Officejet Pro 9015, bought 3 weeks ago. I noticed water dripping from ceiling on printer , a drop every 30mins or so, and I put paper over the printer to cover it. Printed many papers thereafter, not bothering to move printer away from the dripping water. Yesterday when I tried to print a document, the first print came out fine, but the second paper got jammed. I found little water on the scanner mirror and around the base of the printer on the outside. Not been able to successfully print since then. Either the paper gets jammed, or the "Paper size is not right"error comes up, or no paper is detected even though I have paper in there.
I tried cleaning the rollers and tilt printer in all directions to make sure there is no water inside. The printer turns on normally, it is only when I give the print that the issue arises.
Please help, what can be done and what should I do at this point ?

Hi @FirSye
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
