@Jagadisha, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP deice.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

Could you please let us know the make and model of the HP device?

However, please perform a few troubleshooting steps to check if the issue can be resolved.

If the Web Services light is blinking orange on your HP printer, it typically indicates an issue with the connection to the internet or the printer's Web Services setup. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify Internet Connection:

    • Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly. Check if other devices can connect to the internet.
  2. Restart Printer and Router:

    • Turn off your printer and unplug it. Restart your router by unplugging it, waiting for about 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
    • Once the router is fully powered and connected, plug in and turn on your printer.
  3. Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:

    • Reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer’s control panel. Make sure it's connected to the correct network.
  4. Update Printer Firmware:

    • Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for updates through the printer’s control panel or the HP Smart app.
  5. Enable Web Services:

    • Access the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Web Services settings, and make sure Web Services are enabled.
  6. Proxy Settings:

    • If your network uses a proxy, ensure that the proxy configuration is correct. This can be set in the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  7. Test Print:

    • Use the printer's control panel to print a network configuration page. It should show you the connectivity status and IP address.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
