What does the code oxc19a0023 mean for print head error? on an HP Office jet pro 6970 plc

we recently put in all new ink.

Thank you very much for the attempt at help. but I tried it several times over more than one day and it did not work to fix the issue. The  printer and the expensive new ink that I installed will probably be trash. (the warranty is over).

Also I really would like to know what the exact code means, so that I can know what has gone wrong, so that I may be able to avoid the problem in a possible future printer problems (info. from the actual code used in the printer from the programmers...from HP), such as "was the ink installed 'wrong' at first by mistake and caused a unrecoverable error?"

Also it would be nice to have a way to bypass the code and print with the error still in effect (like driving a car even with a broken headlight).

In this case the engine has stopped working so no driving is possible.

Thanks for the help, just ordered a new Printer this morning , should be here later this week.

A newer HP Office jet pro.

One small tip, use the printer at least once every 5-7 days.
