I am so miserable.  I have tried everything I can find on line.  I bought a new hp envy photo 7858 and I cannot add it to my computer.  It asks for a pin.  I know this is a common problem.  But my computer screen does not show the same names as the suggestions.  I have been working on this a long time.  Please help
