What is the manufacturer warranty on hp printer

 

My printer office jet 8020 is stuck on the boot screen, it says checking printer, please wait, after a while the screen goes dark but power light is still on.

 

Is there anything I can do? Thanks

HP Recommended

Most HP models will have a one year warranty on them. Depending on the model, service will be either an exchange product. You must create a support case at https://support.hp.com
