My HP Deskjet 2547 cuts off the bottom of my pictures and captions when printing from MS Word. It comes up with a box that gives me a choice of printing only in the printable area or cancelling my print job. I want to know the printable area so that I can size the margins in my document. It seems that HP should provide this "printable area" somewhere in the documentation but I cannot find it. I suppose that I could keep trying different margins to find out the printable area.

Hi,
The bottom 14.5mm (1.45cm) margins are non-printable, this is a limitation of such lower-end inkjet printers.
