Hi, where do I find the password for my printer> I wasn't aware it had one! I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. Thanks

The default wifi password is 12345678

Hello, that did not work. Firstly it asks for the username which I assume is admin, then I entered that password which was not accepted.

Is the printer asking for an administrator user name and password?

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
