What to do if pinter is showing error E1 or E2 always ?

My printer always shows an error E1 or E2 while printing. Either no print comes put at all and even if it does, it comes out in 4*6 or 5*7 inches size on top left corner of the paper. I have checked and corrected the paper settings on HP Smart several times but it does not work. Even photocopying has the same issue

What paper type is used?

For my experience this may occur frequent when the paper is incorrectly loaded, therefore lets try removing any paper from the tray, close the back input tray and then re-expend it.

Move the media guide to the left and load the paper to the right of the tray, then move the paper guide to the right so it will be aligned with the paper.
