Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When this all in one printer receives a file to print, the paper feeds in part way and then no printing occurs.  The power button is flashing (as usual when there is a print queue).   I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor program and the result is that it indicates that the device is an issue.  Help please

Sandy,

I cleaned the rear rollers as you suggested with no change to the problem.   When I use the printer as a copy machine, the paper is feed in correctly and the unit copies the document with no issue.   I also can scan correctly.   The issue is on the printer operation.   When I send a file to be printed, my computer screen opens a small 'printer' window showing that the printer is printing.   The paper is taken into the printer and then stops with about 1 inch showing from the top rollers and no printing happens.  The 'on' button continues to flash and the word "printing" is shown in the small LED screen on the printer.   Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
