Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print network configuration page and getting 0X800700c1 error.
- Are you trying to print from the printer display?
- Did you do any changes on the printer or the router?
Meanwhile, perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
Cheers.

Thanks for the response. I tried your steps, but unfortunately it did not work.
However, my boyfriend's computer and printer are on the same network and he is able to send print jobs to my printer.
The error message that I get appears in the print dialog box on my computer screen when I try to print to my printer. However, if I switch to my boyfriend's printer on the network, the error message disappears and it looks like it would print ( I haven't tried it because he's concerned that I will pass my problem on to his system)
I haven't knowingly changed any of my settings, although Windows did a big update just before my problem started.
I have turned the router on and off but that didn't help.

I appreciate your time and effort.
I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:
1)In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2) Select your HP Printer
3) Select Uninstall
4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
😎 Click on the “Drivers” tab
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10) Select Ok
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12) Close Devices and Printers.
Download and install the printer driver.
Click here and select the printer model to download the driver.
