HP Envy Pro 6455- i can scan but I cannot print- get error code E 4 and 2 blank pages come out

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer entering into to error state.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
