Hey there!
My problem is, that when I print my images, the black and grayscale parts are actually drak greens. It is very obvious to see when I print a picture that is digitally drawn with black graphite pencil tool. So there is no color in source the picture. When I print it, it's actually dark green. The problem is solved when I switch in the printing software to "Black and white".
But what should I do, when I need to print pictures where there are blacks, gray scale and colors as well?
Thanks for help

Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?
Did you try to print from a different application?
I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer and update the printer firmware.
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Hey Raj!
I just did hard reset and firmware update like you said, unfortunately it didn't help, the issue is still up.
My printer didn't need firmware update though.
Prior I tried to print from HP smart app from my iPad, same from my computer, also tried to print directly from google drive, tried from Fast Stone viewer. All produced the same result 😞

Try aligning the printer.
Use the HP Printer Assistant to align the ink cartridges in Windows.
-
Load plain white paper into the input tray.
-
Search Windows for the name of your printer, and then click your printer in the list of results.
HP Printer Assistant opens.
-
Click Maintain Your Printer.
The printer toolbox opens.
-
On the Device Services tab, click Align Cartridges
.
The printer prints an alignment page with rows of numbered boxes. Each box on the page consists of two sets of lines.
-
On the alignment page, find the box in row A in which the two sets of lines overlap the most, for example, A10.
-
In the printer software, select that box from the A drop-down list.
-
Repeat these steps for each row of boxes on the alignment page.
-
Click Done.
If the issue persists, use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
If the issue persists, Delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
Remove the USB if connected
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-3700-all-in-one-printer-se... to download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Try to print.
