I've bought this printer yesterday and all is great apart from printing on both sides.
No matter which device I am using, if I select printing on both sides and flip on long edge, it always flips on the short edge...
Can anyone assist me or advise if this is the norm. If not, I will have to return the printer
Thanks in advance 🙂

I have the same problem with a new Envy 5032 with Windows 10.
The printer is on the latest firmware.
I have setup the print queue on 2 laptops and both have the same problem. It doesn't matter what application I am using, when I print double sided it flips on the short edge even though I am selecting print on long edge.
