I have tried several times to print on cardstock 176 g/m paper 8.5x11in and I always get a paperjam. I reviewed the specs online and it says this printer will support up to 200 g/m paper type. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I load it in the paper tray - it asks if I've loaded Specialty Paper, Matte, Letter? I answer yes. In the print dialog box on my document - there isn't an option specifically for "cardstock". The only options are: Plain Paper, HP Photo Papers, HP Matte or Brochure Professional Paper, HP Matte Presentation Paper, HP Glossy or Brochure Professional Paper, Other Photo Inkjet Papers, Other Matte Inkjet Papers, Other Glossy Inkject Papers.
I select Other Matte Inkject Papers since there isn't another option.
The paper always gets jammed and nothing actually gets printed on the paper. I am using Neenah Bright White premium cardstock that says it is specific for Laser, Inkjet Copier 😞
Please help!

Try the HP Brochure (not the presentation) and not the glossy.
HP Brochure is typically 180 gsm.
Presentation paper is typically 120 gsm.
I am not sure about the use of the word "professional" paper in your Media list. It concerns me simply because this might be a lower weight class (150 gsm). ??
Select
Media type Brochure matte (whatever flavor you can find in the list)
Source Tray 1
Size Letter (list may include both the type of paper and the size of that paper, scroll down to check)
If the printer has been in service for a while, it may need a cleaning / maintenance.
