Hi @Pk178,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Ink Tank 319 printer's power button light is flashing, here are a few steps you can try.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure the ink tanks are filled to the appropriate levels. Low ink levels can cause the printer to malfunction.

Cartridge and Printhead: Make sure the cartridges are properly seated. If you’ve cleaned them, ensure they’re dry and securely in place.

Power Cycle:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Paper Jam: Check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

Reset Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord while the printer is on.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Error Codes: Check if there are any error messages displayed on your computer when you try to print.

Reinstall Drivers: Sometimes reinstalling the printer drivers can resolve connectivity or communication issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
