Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 error.  "Printhead Problem: The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed Oxc19a0023.  Where can I purchase a replacement printhead?

To get the replacement print head, you will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
