Where do I find WPS pin on Office Jet Pro 8710

@Pichla,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

To the best of my knowledge, you can find the WPS PIN on an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer in one of two ways:

  1. WPS PIN on the Printer's Control Panel:

    • Turn on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer.
    • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the "Wireless" or "Network" settings.
    • Look for an option called "Wi-Fi Protected Setup" or "WPS."
    • Select the WPS option, and it should display the WPS PIN on the screen. The PIN will be a numerical code (usually eight digits) that you'll need to use for WPS setup on your other devices.
  2. WPS PIN on the Printer's Configuration Page:

    • If you cannot find the WPS PIN on the printer's control panel, you can obtain it from the printer's configuration page.
    • Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to your network.
    • Open a web browser on your computer and enter the printer's IP address. You can usually find the IP address by pressing the "Wireless" or "Network" button on the printer's control panel, and it should display the IP address on the screen.
    • Once you enter the IP address in the web browser, you'll access the printer's embedded web server.
    • Navigate to the "Network" or "Wireless" section in the web interface.
    • Look for an option called "Wi-Fi Protected Setup" or "WPS," and you should find the WPS PIN listed there.

Please note that the location of the WPS PIN might vary slightly depending on your printer's firmware version and software updates. If you cannot find the WPS PIN using the above methods, you can refer to the printer's user manual (h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05048181.pdf), or visit the HP support website (HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support) for specific instructions related to your printer model.

I hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
