Where do I find ecoupon/vouchers for use when ordering HP ink online?

When I order my ink online, at checkout it has a place to enter ecoupons or voucher codes.   How do I get an ecoupon.

E-Coupon/Vouchers are provided as a complimentary reward during some promotional offers for certain products. 

There could be offers on certain products during special time (like festive season) or for a newly launched product, or if more parts/products are purchased frequently then E-Coupon/Vouchers can be provided as a complimentary Reward.

Other ways to get E-Coupons is to accumulate Reward points during purchase and convert into the Coupons later.
