Hi,
I bought an HP 2630, this included 3 months free instant ink.
I signed up, received and inserted my instant inks.
Now I have been charged already on the first month, where are my free 3 months that were mentioned on the box, on the printer and while signing up?

Please can you sort this out,

I've activated the three month's free trial with your instant ink account. 🙂

 

Please log into your instant ink account and let me know. You will find it in the right side written in green letters. 😉

 

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below, 

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Hi,

Thank you for activating my 3 month trial.

Could you please confirm for me that I will get the 3 month as I have already been charged for March 2018 and my instant ink page says:

You have 3 FREE months remaining. Billing for your plan pages will start on 30 Jul 2018.

 

If I am charged again on 30 July that would mean I have only received April and May free.
