Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
I still get the issue of Printer and laptop being on different bands, so cannot print or scan. (see someone else's original post 3 years ago "Which HP DeskJet All-in-One Printer supports 5GHz WiFi")
the solution then was to get a dual band printer.
I am using 7220e printer, which it claims has "self healing WiFi" and "dual band" capable.
The solution from HP support is that I contact my IP, and ask them to separate the bands.
Does anyone know for certain of a printer that does not have this issue,?
