My HP Officejet 5745 does not support my MAC operating system, which is OS Ventura 13.5.2.  My current printer no longer functions properly.  

Can anyone recommend which all-in-one printer works with my operating system?

I have called HP support 3 times and each time I was told that the cartridges should arrive individually wrapped.   However, they are simply tossed into a box with no wrapping at all.  How can I find out if they are supposed to come that way?  I have spent 2 weeks trying to find out, and at this point, I'm thinking of just cancelling my Instant Ink contract and returning my new HP printer.
