White Lines with Decal paper

I bought a brand new printer to be able to print waterslide decals and when I went to print a solid black one there are all these white lines running through it. It’s super annoying, I noticed it only happens with my waterslide paper not regular paper but I thought this printer would be good for all types of paper?? Help

Increase the print quality in driver settings when you print on decals, that will make the printer print better. 

Have you placed printed decals in the water? Is the ink consistent to gets washed out with water?
