Product: HP LaserJet Pro 4003dw Printer

Hi , i had an issue my Laserjet 4003DW had blank white screen LCD. I can print connecting via USB connection. I cant do setup as LCD white screen blank. I had disconnected power cable and USB cable. Plug in back after 10 minutes. My power source is directly to the wall socket. Changes other wall socket not resolved the issue. Any idea for solved this issue ? 

Add on , my printer just bought 2 weeks ago.
