Product: Envy photo 7134
Operating System: iOS

I’ve just bought the house envy photo printer 7134 which was recommended to me as I need to print water slides. I’m getting white lines on my prints . I have been online with up for 4 hours today installing and settings etc and still no joy. I’m seriously thinking I have a dud machine. Please help

Hello,

Kindly Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.
1.On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
2.Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Examine the color blocks on the Print Quality Diagnostic page to make sure the color blocks do not show white lines, and are not faded or missing.

what paper you are using for printing ? Are you using photo paper or normal paper?
