Hello,

Since I have changed the yellow cartridge of my laser printer Samsung Xpress C480W it doesn't print, only white pages. The drivers and the software are OK, showing the level in the 4 cartridges, the printer does the job, but the pages are white. The yellow cartridge is compatible, but not genuine. I think the issue is material, not software. Could you please help me to solve this problem?
