Printer now goes into a mode where the screen turns white and will not wake up until the power button is pressed. I have done the suggested power cycle, but the issue keeps happening. Does anyone know the permanent fix for this issue?

Can't believe this is marked "solved". It clearly isn't solved. No one can seem to get this white screen fixed. I've tried the fixes listed. Problem persists.

Printer is useless. HP would love to just sell me a new printer though. However, this one is only two years old.

Only reason I even bought this one was because my prior HP printer no longer had drivers online to support it working with my new PC. HP told me they no longer supported that model. So, I spent $200 on a new printer.

When I loaded the drivers for the new printer onto my new PC, guess what? BOTH printers worked with my new PC!

Never felt so ripped off. I had promised the old printer to my nephew the computer geek, so I couldn't do much but keep the new printer. Now it is  no good to me.
