Every time I print a photo it has a white space at the bottom edge of the photo. I have selected the correct photo paper and the size but still have white space at the bottom. Can someone please help to get rid of this white space at the bottom? Thanks.

@Luthfur Please ensure you are using the supported photo paper: click here to verify.
Once confirmed, and if supported, try creating a copy and check if that has the same issue using photo paper and normal paper as well, let me know if the issue persists when the copier is used as a stand-alone device.
If the issue persists, try the below steps and get back to us with the results:
Reset the printer to calibrate the scanner mechanism, and then check the power source to confirm the printer is getting enough power to operate the copier.
-
Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
-
Disconnect the power cord from the power source, and then wait 30 seconds.
-
If you previously connected the power cord to a power strip or multi-plug outlet adapter, reconnect the cord directly to a wall outlet to ensure the printer is getting enough power.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer, and then turn on the printer.
-
If you have an HP DeskJet 3700 series printer, calibrate the scanner after resetting the printer.
-
Load the original document or photo, then start a copy job.
Let me know how that pans out,
