Why Should I Remain a Loyal HP Customer

Nov 25th:
Nov 10th HP issues a replacement printer by way of 2 shipments 1) for printer 2) for print head. Printer received within week while print head remains pending. HP blames COVID and courier. However, during this time I have received a new printer and returned the failed one which has already arrived at HP. The excuse is not valid. My work is being impacted and HP is not offering ANYTHING to compensate for this and set things straight. In summary, failed printer, failed customer service, unhappy customer. Would you remain a future customer? Do you think I can recommend HP to others?
UPDATE December 4th: Contacted HP (((AGAIN))) to find NOTHING was done when I called in on the 25th about missing print head. To date still no print head shipped, still no ETA, still impacting business! No offer to compensate, no offer to fully replace to get me operational. I ask again WHY WHY WHY should I remain loyal to HP. I should go to Amazon/Costco and just by a new more reliable brand and mark this off as a loss.
