Why does my printer print things more than once?

Does anyone know how to make it so that what has print clears the print queue?  There are times when I will get two or three additional copies of what I printed later (sometimes the next day).  The page does not clear out of the print queue, and reprints, again and again, I have to manually cancel the print job after I get what I want.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
