Hi @IMCN,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer is displaying the error message "a problem has occurred with your account, unable to print," here are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check HP Smart App Status

  • Ensure you are logged into your HP Smart app with the correct HP account. Sometimes logging out and back in can help refresh the account connection.
  • Check if there are any notifications or prompts in the app related to your account.

2. Update the HP Smart App HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app. Check for updates in the Microsoft Store or your device's app store.

3. Check Your Printer’s Connection

  • Verify that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart your printer, computer, and router to refresh the network connection.

4. Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your OfficeJet Pro 8025e.
  • Uninstall the existing printer drivers from your computer, then reinstall them using the downloaded drivers.

5. Check Your Instant Ink Subscription

  • If you’re using HP Instant Ink, ensure that your subscription is active and that there are no billing issues. Log into your HP account on the HP Instant Ink website to check your account status.

6. Perform a Printer Reset

  • You can perform a reset of the printer to clear any temporary issues:
    • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the wall.
    • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
    • Plug it back in and turn it on.
