Why doesn't my HP Deskjet 3630 think it's compatible with the 302 ink cartridge any more?

My HP Deskjet printer needed more ink. I installed the HP 302 cartridge, as we have done ever since we bought the printer, but there is an error message saying that it, or they as I've changed the black and the colour ink, isn't compatible.

Do any of you have any idea what I can do to get it to accept the 302 cartridge?
