Hi @Everettpotts,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY 6452e All-In-One Printer is only partially printing a page when you're trying to make a copy, there could be several potential issues causing this problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Ink/Toner Levels: Ensure that your printer has sufficient ink or toner. Low ink or toner levels can cause incomplete printing.
  • Print Head Alignment: Perform a print head alignment to ensure that the printer's nozzles are properly aligned. This can usually be done through the printer's settings menu.
  • Clean Print Heads: If the print heads are clogged, it can result in incomplete printing. Most printers have a utility for cleaning the print heads, which can often be accessed through the settings menu.
  • Check Paper Type and Size: Make sure that you're using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Using the wrong paper type or size can cause printing issues.
  • Reload Paper: Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray and that it's not jammed or misaligned.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, simply restarting the printer can resolve minor issues.
  • Update Printer Firmware/Drivers: Check for any available firmware or driver updates for your printer on the HP website. Installing the latest updates can often resolve compatibility issues and improve performance.
  • Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. This will usually involve pressing a specific combination of buttons on the printer itself or through the printer's settings menu.

If you've tried all of these steps and the problem persists, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
