I recently bought a new all in one desktop with windows 11 home and HP envy6065 printer. Everything worked after setup but I constantly have to restart my computer to get internet access on my router and then my printer is always asleep or in error state and print queue fault.

If you have a dual band router, then you should create a separate SSID for the 2.4Ghz channel and only allow the printer to connect to that SSID. Many printers are not fully compatible with current 5Ghz standards, but will try to connect to the 5Ghz channel and then fail, dropping the printer off the network. There have also been issues using a WSD port for the printer driver and more reliable connection is usually achieved by using a Standard TCP/IP port for communication.
