After replacing my ink cartridges I have weird paper size choices like om hagaki and I just want my letter, legal, etc. back.  What happened and how can I fix this?

@Frustrated514, Welcome to HP Support Community!

You can try the following steps and see if that helps!

Reset the printer-

  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Also, try adjusting the settings-

  1. At the bottom right, select the time.
  2. Select Settings Settings
  3. At the bottom, select Advanced.
  4. Under "Printing," select Printers.
  5. Next to the name of your printer, select More More and then Edit.
  6. Make sure all your printer information is correct, with no typos or misspellings.

If all your printer info is accurate, try removing and re-adding your printer:

  1. Next to the name of your printer, select More More and then Remove.
  2. Set up your printer again.
  3. Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
