HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer series

I just recently purchased my HP Envy 4520 all-in-one printer right around Christmas. I have used it to print at least 150 pages already. In the beginning, it would print in color perfectly and had no problem printing in both color and b&w. After I had printed off maybe a dozen color/b&w pages, it started only printing in b&w. I checked the ink levels and my color ink cartridge was showing as full. Since the printer is practically brand new, it is still using the official HP ink cartridges that came with it. 

 

I checked the printer settings on both the printer itself and the software on my computer. I made sure that it was put on color printing and not just grayscale. Still, it only prints in B&W.  I made sure it has the most recent update too. My computer is brand new, bought at the same time - it is a Lenovo operating on Windows 10. Can someone help me, is this something I can take care of on my end or will it need to be serviced?

I just made my first copy on the machine and it did a color copy fine. Yet, why would it not print in color if printing from off of the computer? I'm so confused. 😞

I may have to do that. It seems that it is on the computer's end afterall. Because anytime I print from any other source or directly from the printer's system (copier/maintenance check print-out/phone printing/etc...) it prints in color no problem. But, when I send something to the printer from my computer, it is all b&w. I'll work on the the computer side of it and get back to you if that doesn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and that worked. So far so good! Thanks for the help!
