Hi
i bought a HP printer that came with a free trial period for instant ink and right now i am rolling with the 300 pages subscription(trial period).... my question is, will i lose my free trial period if i try to upgrade to the new plan of 700 pages? Or it will still be counted as part of my free period?

Hi! @Bahaa86,
If you are on a free trial, no matter what plan you select you have a cap to print 300 free pages, if you print beyond 300 pages you will be billed on the extra pages you print.
“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.
Hope this answers your query!

It say here
" There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account"
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-Instant-Ink-Free-Trial/ta-p/7037785
It seems that the free months are not lost then.
Does that help?
Good luck.
