The exclamation error light flashes on my printer.  It will only print reports and says, " Printer cannot print A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print . except for printer reports. until the issue is resolved.  Check your HP account for more information. To lean more open HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign into your account."  

 

The HP Smart app sends me to the support.HP.com.  There doesn't appear to be any issues with my account except that the warranty has expired.  I've tried updating the firmware and restarting the printer without success.

Restore the printer to factory defaults and then register it back again to HP+ service with your username and password.

Okay I restored the printer to factory defaults. However, now it is unable to register the printer to my account and gives me the error code: 0W_4XX_0WSW00001
