Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

 

Does anyone have problems with using HP P1005 after Windows update to 2004 ? Printer does not work.

I tried to reinstall driver but didn`t help.

Hi,

Download and install below update from Microsoft and check if that helps, be sure to restart the PC when prompt to:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/updt/2020/06/windows10.0-kb4567523-x6...

 

If that doesn't help, unplug the printer, remove any instance of it from Start > Settings (gear icon) > Devices > Printers & Scanners and reinstall its printer driver.

 

You may download the latest driver for a Windows 10 PC in the Russian language below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL21058/bi-55383-8/ljP1000_P1500-HB-pnp-win64-ru.exe

I have installed update "kb4567523" and reinstalled driver. No result. The device printed one page and then stopped working again.
