I did an update to Windows 10, Version 1909, last Saturday on my Lenovo laptop. Following the restart, I found I could not print from my Microsoft Mail App. Got the error code 0x8007007e. However, I can print from Edge, Chrome, **bleep**, Outlook, com, and Office, but can't print from the Mail App or print PDFs.
I contacted Microsoft Support, the tech checked and updated the drivers for my two HP Printers, but could not fix the problem.
I have also contacted the Windows Community and received a recommendation to copy the "printconfig.dll" file to the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 file, and restart. I did that and still have the problem.
Can anyone help me fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
