I also have the same problem "No Toner/ink". I have tried removing the device and reinstalling it. The Print doctor just tells me that I have a problem "No Toner/ink. I have checked for update etc etc etc.
I have spent hours on this. Will someone please give me some practical resolution.

Thank you for respoding to my query, but I seemed to have fixed the problem, how I am not sure. I did turn everything off and reset my default printer and a few other things which I have forgotten. Thanks again,

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I Understand there's a message-"No toner/ink" on your print and scan doctor,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
While you respond to that, I suggest you reseat the ink cartridges and check if that helps.
Eager to provide a more practical resolution, although, I need the product number of your printer to do that.
Let me know how that pans out
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,
Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
