Microsoft Windows 11

I just upgraded to a Windows 11 computer. My printer connects just fine, but it won't do an alignment through the app & it won't print as it should. So I have a Silhouette Cameo 4 & when I try to print from there to the printer it will only show part of the image even though it is within constraints. It doesn't align right with the 2. I have been able to do the alignment in other ways, but it is still off. When connected to my windows 10 computer it runs perfectly. It has to be a compatibility issue between the windows 11 & the 2 products. How can I fix this issue without having to send back the Windows 11 computer?
