Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I posted earlier about my sudden inability to print to my 7740. I got a helpful reply that worked once, but that tactic is not working now.

 

I can't print, I've tried uninstalling the device and the software and nothing has worked. I've installed all the Windows updates to date (8.1.23).

 

I think I'm making everything worse. So if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
